I love to train. My goal is to show other people how they can take on the physical and mental challenge that fitness brings and in turn be rewarded with a strong mind and healthy body.
I have experience in a variety of different styles of training from Crossfit, through to strength training, endurance running and group fitness.
I love people, and my goal is to help as many people as possible to find ways to improve their lifestyle. Fitness can be accessible to all.

01 Personal Training

One to One sessions out of Oceanblue in Papamoa, and THELAB in Tauranga. Designed to help you to achieve your potential. They are also a fantastic way to check that what you are doing is right. Whether it is 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week that you are looking for or just a one off session, you will get the most bang for your buck from these sessions.

About coach em
Hi, I’m Emma. I grew up in the UK and travelled to New Zealand in 2018 on a quest to see some beautiful places. Little did I know, I would discover this hidden gem and never want to leave!
I was an academic through my early years and I worked hard to gain my master’s degree in law. But a consistent passion in my life was always health and fitness. I have competed from an early age in sprinting and endurance running, Crossfit and most recently Hyrox and I have discovered first hand what a saviour fitness can be when it comes to mental health.
Fitness for me is about moving my body in a way that makes me feel good and making connections with other people.
